Terms of use

1. Requirements for the creatives (image)

The image should not violate the ethical and moral norms and contain elements forbidden to display. Following images are forbidden to be used as creatives:

nipples of the female breasts;
undressed genitals (real and their models);
XXX-rated explicit scenes of sexual intercourse;
children advertising goods intended for adults, as well as advertisement that violates their rights and ethical norms;
drugs and non-medical injections;
images insulting the honor and dignity;
government officials participating in advertisement of goods;
public persons advertising goods without cooperation agreement (contract);
fabricated (faked) sights, points of interests, if it hurts somebody's feelings and dignity;
blood in any form;
accidents and crashes with injured people;
broken bones.

2. Requirements for headings

Headings should be clear, meaningful and reflect the core of advertising. It is forbidden to indicate/make reference to the following:

names of government officials in advertisement of goods;
names of public persons advertising goods without cooperation agreement (contract);
texts which can spread racial hatred;
unrealistic numerical data such as “95 % of population is verminous and infested” (approximate values should be indicated);
100 % effect or result;
fake news (including news that is meant to discredit someone or something. plainly misguiding information).

3. Requirements for pre-launch landing page/landing page

The following images and information are forbidden :

XXX-rated advertising;
undressed uncensored genitals (real or realistic layouts). Censoring is considered either matting, square picture matting, wiping off/covering entirely explicit body parts ;
XXX-rated explicit scenes of sexual intercourse;
children advertising goods intended for adults, as well as advertising that violates their rights and ethical norms;
drugs and non-medical injections;
images insulting the honor and dignity;
government officials participating in advertisement of goods;
public persons advertising goods without cooperation agreement (contract);
fabricated (fake) sights, points of interests, if it hurts somebody's feelings and dignity;
fabricated (fake) websites of government institutions and administrative authorities, as well as references to directors and сhief physicians;
fake news (including news that is meant to discredit someone or something. plainly misguiding information).

4. Sanctions

ADNOW ONE Advertising Platform reserves the right to review, approve and reject the ad content submitted by the Advertiser in case it does not meet the requirements of ADNOW ONE Terms of Service or violates the Terms and Conditions of the network. Moreover, the Advertising Platform reserves the right to reject,remove or pause the uploaded and moderated ad content, and in cases of non-severe breaches, restrict the Advertiser’s access to the ADNOW ONE platform Dashboard up to the point when the question in cause has been solved.
The Advertiser shall not engage in “cloaking” or any other techniques that hide (or mislead the moderation, the site owners and, consequently, the viewers of those sites) the genuine and initially shown destination landing page that a visitor is directed from the Advertiser’s Content, Advertisement, or URLs.
With having detected that the Advertiser has engaged in fraudulent activity of such sort, as for example a cloacking technique, the ADNOW ONE Advertising Platform shall be entitled to notify the Advertiser via email that due to the breach of ADNOW ONE Platform's Terms and Conditions and Publication Rules, the platform is shutting down the account with having the remaining balance confiscated.
The account that has been closed due to the breach of the rules, as well as the remaining balance, shall not be and cannot be retrieved.

5.Tems of payment

The Advertiser shall receive full access to the advertiser's cabinet , that includes the possibillity to purchase traffic based on the CPC rate that the advertiser has set, only after having topped up the advertiser's account by any possible means that the platform offers.

Unless the account is topped up, the purchase of traffic will not be inniciated.

Once the funds are added to the Advertiser's account, the Advertiser is eligible to enter the traffic auction.

The account shall be charged for the clicks that the Advertiser's accont has received/procured in the auction during the campaign's duration.

Once the campaign is stopped, the campaign exists the auction, hence no purchase is performed after that.

6.Refunds

1. Make sure to deactivate all your campaigns.
2. Send a ticket with the title "REFUND" via our dashboard.
3. Make sure to provide the following data :
- registration/accout email
- the date of the last payment
4. The request will be processed by the support team and forwarded to the financial department.
5. It might take from 1 to 10 working days to receive the refund.

Please note that sums are refunded only to the inicial payment source and in case of any fees or charges - the receiver is to cover them.
